I’m Andy Le, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed psychological evaluations for individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system. I grew up in an immigrant and refugee household—my parents fled to the United States following the Vietnam War and built a life from the ground up under difficult circumstances. Growing up in a low-income home shaped my deep understanding of the struggles, resilience, and strength that define the immigrant experience.
This personal history continues to guide my work. I approach each evaluation with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to helping clients feel seen and supported. I believe your story matters—and I strive to reflect it with care and clarity in every report.
I hold a Master of Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine. My professional experience spans non-profits, hospitals, outpatient clinics, higher education, and family court—giving me a well-rounded perspective when working with diverse individuals and complex cases.
