The evaluation is typically between 2 to 3 hours and involves an in-depth clinical interview and diagnostic tools used in mental health assessments. All appointments take place via videoconference.

After the clinical interview is complete, the evaluation report will be ready in 2-3 weeks. You and your legal attorney (if applicable) will receive a draft copy for review and approval. Once approvals are received, I will send a finalized copy of the evaluation report. If you need the report sooner, it can be expedited for an additional fee, depending on my availability.
Please note: The final evaluation report will be released once full payment has been received.

I do not provide individual therapy services at this time. I am able to provide resources and referrals for trauma-informed licensed therapists who can provide individual therapy if desired.

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at the time of scheduling the appointment. The remaining amount is to be paid, upon notice that the report is completed and ready for delivery.
Payment arrangements and payment plans can be made prior to the first appointment.
